Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before downloading or using the Crosshair Free application (the "Service") operated by Crosshair App ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who download, access, or use the Service.

By downloading, accessing, or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not download or use the Service.

1. AGE RESTRICTION & ELIGIBILITY

By downloading and using the Crosshair Free application, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use this Service.

2. NATURE OF THE SERVICE (OVERLAY TECHNOLOGY)

Crosshair Free is a screen overlay utility. It is designed solely to draw a visual crosshair element over your screen to assist with aiming in various applications.

We explicitly clarify the following technical nature of the Service:

  • Screen Overlay Only: The application functions exclusively as a visual overlay on your monitor.
  • No Game Modification: The application DOES NOT modify, alter, inject into, or interact with the executable files, memory, network traffic, or internal data of any video game or other application.
  • No Cheating/Hacking: The Service is not a cheat, hack, or "aimbot". It does not automate gameplay or provide data from game memory. It simply standardizes a feature (a centralized crosshair) that is already built into the vast majority of shooter games.

3. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY & GAME BANS

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

While Crosshair Free is designed to be a non-intrusive overlay that does not technically interact with game processes:

  • We are NOT responsible for any bans, suspensions, or penalties you may incur in any video game or third-party service while using our application.
  • Anti-cheat software policies vary by game and developer and can change at any time. It is your sole responsibility to check the Terms of Service of any game you play to ensure third-party overlays are permitted.
  • We do not guarantee that the Service will be undetected by all third-party anti-cheat software.

By using Crosshair Free, you expressly waive any claims against us regarding account bans or loss of access to third-party services.

4. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND TERMS

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. We may also update the Service without notification.

  • Updates to Terms: It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
  • No Notice Required: We are under no obligation to notify individual users of changes to these Terms or the application itself.

5. "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" DISCLAIMER

The Service is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, with respect to the Service, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
